Random snaps that don't otherwise fit into a gallery.

Costco was having a super-sale on Klipsch KD-51M speakers - $100/pair - so I stocked up.

The speakers set up in my bedroom on the old Onkyo receiver.

A look in the front door of a house on Peter Street in Athens that we looked at purchasing to flip.
...nope.

Tom Patterson's garage surround receiver - the Sony STR-DH750

I fixed Michelle Andrews' work computer before she knew it crashed.  Victory.

The condensate drain on the A/C at the lakehouse had an old drain line that needed to be replaced, so I did the job.

The condensate drain dumping into an overhead PVC train pipe.

The vintage stereo receiver at the lakehouse with 3/4 of it's indicator lights not functioning, and the left speaker's tweater not functioning.  A bit of elbow grease and a couple of eBay purchases fixed this.

The stations that WPLP-LP must monitor for it's EAS, and the STL transmitter.  We still use an old analog composite baseband setup, but this will possibly be replaced soon.

At the lakehouse

My new UniFi U7 Pro Max Wi-Fi access point.  Centrally located in the hallway at my house.

The old U6 Enterprise is moved outdoors, and the U6 Long-Range was moved to the lakehouse.

Joe's house has a proclivity for flooding during the heavy rain storms.

The iPad I installed on the lakehouse stereo.  This gives me an easy way to stream radio stations, and I also added some albums locally.

I temporarily placed a Wi-Fi repeater on the back porch rail of the lakehouse, and I am enjoying relatively fast Internet at the lake.  Very cool.  No need to burn up cell phone data.

The new computer I built for Tim Day to use.

Parking ticket from downtown Athens.  This ticket was given in error since Haocheng was sitting in the car, and it was nulled out.

In Commerce, GA, another tear-down house that we looked at purchasing to flip.  Once again, ...nope!  They need a demolition company.

Summit Ridge "Grand Opening" (really just a rebranding from a long-established company division).  Summit Ridge shares a building with Titan Realty Advisors.

A view from the roof of The Fred Building.

An old Onkyo HT-R510 home theater receiver I was given (for free) at the 2024 Stone Mountain Hamfest.  With minor TLC, it is working well and it is receiving the FM radio.
