This was the first time taking the 2019 Jeep Wrangler offroading.
The Warwoman Wildlife Management Area is located east of Clayton, Georgia.
Haocheng and I explored the roads and the campsites in this area. This was a good introduction to offroading - in an area that I am mostly familiar with when I backpack on the Bartram Trail.
Warwoman Dell Recreation Area. This is the place to park when hiking the Bartram Trail to Rabun Bald, but today we're just stopping for some quick photo before offroading.

We figured out how to remove the roof of the Jeep above the front seats. After storing the roof components in the back of the Jeep and padding them with some extra clothes, the view was much better.
Led Zeppelin's All My Love from the 1979 album In Through The Out Door.
Grateful Dead's Sugar Magnolia from the 1970 album American Beauty.
Pat Boone's 1957 single cover of Love Letters in the Sand.

On the way back home we stopped by the remains of the WRBN / WGHC radio studio site. While these stations are still on the air (albeit at different frequencies), their old studio site sits as a pile of rubble. In years past when I was in the Boy Scouts, I used to listen to Sky 104.1 and Unforgettable 1370 when I was at Camp Rainey Mountain.
Another view of the former WGHC 1370 AM tower and the studio transmitter link dish for the former WRBN 104.1FM. This structure is being slowly overtaken by nature.
Upon arriving back home in Athens the Jeep was dirty.
Haocheng and I worked together to clean the exterior of the Jeep with supplies I had recently purchased.
We cleaned the interior of the Jeep at Tidal Wave Auto Spa on Atlanta Highway in Athens.
