I salvaged this Yamaha RX-V365 Receiver from Free IT Athens. It didn't have a remote, so I bought the unbranded one on eBay for $11.22. Before it arrived in the mail, I found the proper Yamaha-branded remote at Free IT Athens, so I bought it. Then later, I found a very similar remote for ~$1, so I bought it too. I old receiver, 3 remotes.

Cleaning the Smoker's Table at the Titan Office.
Repairing a Bose Wave Radio/CD with a non-working CD player. I fixed it by slightly turning up the laser intensity. There is a black trim pot just to the right of the ribbon cable of the module I am holding.
It works, but I did have to fine tune it a couple of times.

I installed an NES emulator on my computer, so I started playing Dragon Warrior, a turn-based combat role playing game from the 1990's that I used to play as a kid. There is a lot of grinding in this game, so I figured out that I could turn the speed up to 300% to make it a bit more punchy :)
