This face and microphone of this rig sit front and center on my desk in my home office, and the antenna I use is my Comet CX-333 2m/1.25m/70cm tri-band at the top of my 50-foot mast attached to the side of the house. With this configuration I am able to communicate with a wide range of 2m and 70cm repeaters, local mobile-to-base contacts, and numerous Summits On The Air stations.
I bought this rig in May 2017 from Amazon for $564.95.
